This will be a fun-filled afternoon of food, laughter, games, and connection as we gather as the Snow Approach family. We encourage you to invite your family members to join us for this special celebration!

🍉 Potluck Picnic
Please bring a dish to share with the group. We are looking forward to enjoying everyone’s favorite summer recipes and spending time together. We kindly ask that you bring enough of your promised dish to share with everyone. You can view the sign-up sheet to see an estimate of how many guests will be attending.

🏖️ Summer Beach Theme
Feel free to embrace the beachy spirit with a beach outfit or t-shirt! We will have door prizes for best dress ed couple/person and the person who brings the most guests (you don’t want to miss out on these prizes)!

🎲 Bring a Game!
If you have a favorite outdoor game, yard game, or beach-themed activity, we’d love for you to bring it along to share with everyone.

🤝 What the Snow Approach Will Provide
The Snow Approach will be covering paper products, ice, and drinks for everyone to enjoy throughout the event.

🚗 Parking Information
Please park in the main parking lot and make your way to the Fellowship Hall, where we will gather for food and fellowship before heading outside for games and activities.

🤝 Volunteers are Appreciated (Set-Up & Clean-Up)
If you are available and willing to lend a hand, we would so appreciate a few helping hands from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM to assist with setting up the space for our picnic. It’s a wonderful way to come together and help get everything ready for a smooth and joyful event.

Also, while our picnic officially ends at 4:00 PM, we would be grateful for any volunteers who are willing to stay from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM to help clean up and return the Fellowship Hall and outdoor spaces to the wonderful condition in which we found them. Many hands make light work, and any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you can help volunteer with either of the above, please reply to @April Thompson and let her know your availability for help. That will be so helpful.

💙 A Note of Gratitude
We are incredibly thankful to First Baptist Church for generously allowing us to use their space for this special gathering. For those who would like to contribute, we will have an opportunity on the day of the event to make a voluntary donation to the church as a small token of our appreciation for their hospitality. Please know that participation is entirely optional, and any amount is welcomed with gratitude. I will have a donation envelope and a Thank you Card for all of us to sign the day of the event.
