Gather & Groove Dance Classes​

Gather & Groove is a group movement and dance class for people of all abilities, led by volunteers from Elon University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Each class features a progressive warmup, dancing and rhythm work to upbeat music, and a calming cool down with both sitting and standing options available throughout. Student volunteers are positioned around the room to demonstrate and follow along. No registration required!​
