Fridays from 6:15-7:15

Slow flow yoga gives yogis the luxury of more mindful movements. Yogis hold the poses to stretch and strengthen muscles. The flow promotes continuous adjustment between poses which strengthens stabilizing muscles that helps with balance and overall posture. The breath in harmony with the flow calms the nervous system and promotes mental awareness. The benefits of yoga are progressive as you layer the beneficial elements with your practice.
